turndown serviceattentive roomearly closure
the hotel provided excellent turndown service each evening i was so excited to come back to my room to see what little treat they left. i really liked how the room got cleaned more than once each day i thought that was super attentive!
during check-in, i was informed that the hotel seemingly prefers guests not to book through third-party sites i found this a bit odd. additionally, the pool closes quite early at 7 pm considering it's located in the middle of a nightclub, i was expecting later hours.

The Executive Queen Room Two Queen Beds, was good. The beds were so comfortable and i slept well. The room was always clean because of the excellent daily cleaning service, it was very appreciable.
I find the lighting too dim. It gave the room an unwelcoming vibe. The gym space is a bit too COMPACT, it should be bigger.

the room was great. i loved the city views and the spa bath. the in-room dining service was good, too!
there were a lot of doors and lots of brown. the angles in the room were not the most practical. the magnifying mirror was hanging off the wall? the functionality of the room felt complicated.
